ACTIVITY IN. SIGNAL OUT.

Functional Enzyme Activity
Our engineered substrates respond only to real enzyme activity, releasing a DNA signal.

Our engineered substrates are built to behave like real biological targets.
When an enzyme is active, it forms a complex with the substrate, triggering the release of a DNA barcode that creates a clear and amplifiable signal.

Where Potential Variants get screened
When activity is inhibited, the substrate remains intact and no DNA signal is produced.

When enzyme activity is blocked, the substrate remains intact and no DNA signal is produced.
Because binding alone cannot generate a response, this design ensures that only genuine inhibition is detected.
